Shown here is the hill-making tool. This picture should help give a better understanding of how this tool works. Making hills can make the difference between success and crop failure. We have had some violent rainstorms recently. The rows between the raised beds have standing water. Were it not for those raised planting beds, certain crops would quickly rot - like onions for instance.
