Favorite Vegetable

Ah Kale. What a good vegetable. They over wintered in the garden and are producing excellent broccoli-like florettes and sweet leaves. And so cool looking on that long stem.

Cherry Trees

A nights worth of grafting. Here they are drying after having the graft and cut end glued.

Spring Blooms

The fruit trees are starting to bloom and the days are getting warmer. I think it has ben in the 60s the past couple of days. I love it.

This is one of two feed sacks filled with spare scion wood ready to go to Portland Oregon. There the Home Orchard Society is hosting a scion exchange. I think they will be glad to see us.
