This is a first for me: Oregon snow. Woke up to a lite dusting. It has also been cold. Tonights low is forecast to be 18 degrees. That is quite frigid out here. Thankfully, the snow pictured here had melted by mid morning. This is quite the contrast to the sixty degree days I first encountered on my trip last year. I should also say that none of the orchard trees have leafed out or flowered. When I was here at this same time last year, the Asian plums and some Asian pears had already started to bloom.

Snow
This is a first for me: Oregon snow. Woke up to a lite dusting. It has also been cold. Tonights low is forecast to be 18 degrees. That is quite frigid out here.
